instrument clocks

hi there im new to the club and would like to know if anyone can help . I have recently put a new heater matrix in my gen 5 import and had to take the whole dash out . its all back together now but the speedo is not working . on the back of the clocks their is 3 wires that r held on with 3 of the screws when i first put them back on the rev counter did not work so i changed them to the 3 screws behind the speedo now the speedo wont work . so basicly i need to no ware they should be conected a picture would be great if anyone as one its a gen 5 20l gt-r import the st 182 thanks

ok guys iv'e since found out that the wires are for the speedo and milage it a converter to convert from kph to mph i have them on the back of the speedo but they can't be in the rite place as the speedo is not working as it was b4 i put the wires back on
