Where is the ECU in 87 Celi?

I just got my car back from getting emission tested, and even with a rebuilt engine with 20 000miles on it,a new 02 sensor and new cat,it failed miserable. They hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and it says my ECU is fried, because it is not making the proper A:F ratio and the car is running too rich and such.

Anyways,so I need to change my ECU,and I am going to use the one in my parts car,but I don't know where it is located.

Could anyone help me out?

Thanks.
