celica transmission interchange???

so can someone post up a link where i what kind of celica trans. i can use to put into my 91 auto 2.2l 5sfe motor celica?? i did some research and found out that 900-93 all year/model trim works but no luck in finding and local..so i bought a 99 camry 2.2l 5sfe motor transmission..and hooping it would work but..NOPE..it sees like it will fit and olug in but..throttle cable is WAY short..my sensor plugs are different..theys one too many plugs on the 99 camry..so ANY ideas?? or better yet..where can i find a chart where which model will fit..??

Your best bet is a 90-91 trans.
Toyota did a bunch of revisions to the Celica for 92-93, so one from those years may or may not fit.
You also may have some luck with a 94-95. Beyond that the newer the car the less likely it is to work.
You also may be able to use an early 90s Camry trans, but I'm not sure what year they put the 5S in it.

Sometimes you can pull/swap sensors and brackets so it will work in your car, other times you can't.
