coilovers and shock combo

im getting a set of ground control coilovers for my 1991 celica st,i dont want to have to cut or weld anything so what would be the best shocks to get with the coilovers.

There is some cutting involved with the Konis, I have them installed in my gt-s the drilling is only for the back shocks. You have to cut around the stock shock housing, and slip the konis inside the sleeves. There is some work involved, but with 2 knowledgable people, you can have it done within a few hours.

As for coilovers, I would suggest getting springs, I had coilovers and the ride was crap, although the drop was really good.
