Plastic Window/Lock control piece

The plastic piece of the door that holds the window button and door lock button is loose on my 1999 Celica(convertable model). Should I just glue it or is there a better more legitimate way to get it to stay?

Also, the rear drivers side window is sometimes unresponsive. Sometimes it works when I press the button; sometimes not. Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks.

The "better" way would be to replace the trim piece. Sounds like one or more of the clips are broken. Make sure before you order a new one.

The window problem is probably the window motor, but it may be the switch.
