i was tryin to find the exact amount of horsepower my car was puttin out earlier. I have a 91, 5-spd Gt-s and when i went on a site it said that my engine was a 2.0L. It says 2.2L right on my engine so can some1 help me out.

I think you have the 5S-FE which puts out around 130 HP.

That's 130 to the crank not the wheels.

Of course, that's how all cars are rated.

I thought that you get BHP (break horsepower - at the crank), and Net or RWHP (rear wheel horsepower) which goes through the transmission and thus gets higher ratings. I know that as of late some car manufacturers have been using this to bump their hosrepower ratings, don't know which ones though... If I'm wrong, rectify me..

you know what i didnt realize till the other day though... the 90 and 91 have 130 and the 92 and 93 have 135 according to edmunds anyways....i figured they would have the same amount of power heh you learn something new anyways
