Any information about this 92' Celica STX Turbo? (with pictures) Advise, help

I'm planning to buy this Toyota 93' Celica STX Turbo. It a manual with 120xxx mileage.. No major dents or bumps on the body. The interior looks good. I'm not sure about the mechanical condition but 60 year old man selling it says its working well. I haven't drove it yet but I will on Wednesday and I'll let you know the update. Any information or advice would be nice!

Price of the car will be $1000.

There are scratches on the body but I'm planning to get a "gunmetal" paint job in the future with gunmetal sport rims

Here are some pictures I took when I went to visit the vehicle without the owner.

This looks to be a standard STX model with a turbo badge stuck on.

The only celicas that came turbocharged were the alltrac models in the US which were widebody hatches, with a few other visual clues that this one is missing. The STX fit somewhere between the ST (4AFE 1.6L) base model and the GT (5SFE 2.2L) models.

Car honestly looks a little rough but at $1000 and it runs well, it would be a good beater, or maybe with a little work a pretty good little dd

Any pics of the engine? Might be a little disappointing to open the hood after buying it and finding no turbo...

4A-FE? No turbo there, sorry.

This is what it would look like if it was a turbo

the stx is good for a motor swap. I would install the 1 or 2 gen 3sgte. your going to need items from the gt or gts celica inorder for it to work great. its an easy swap. just need the motor mount from the pass side engine.
