headlights loosing power, car shaking

I can see this whenever i stop at a red light, once i accelerate the shaking is gone, and the headlights are really bright once again. I already replaced the alternator.. any ideas?

Is the engine visibly shaking about while its running? Potential misfire.

The shaking may be from engine mounts if original, while the headlights another issue

is it a consistent stake or does it kind of pulse

(sorry its hard to diagnose things like this specifically through text).

Theres a chance, but all depends on exactly what is going on
