Ignition Switch Replacement on 90 Celica

Is it possible to change the ignition switch without the key. Problem is my old key broke so im replacing the whole switch

is it broken in the ignition? If it still turns you can pull the cylinder out...turn it to the ACC position and there should be a little silver button on the bottom. Push that in and the whole cylinder slides out. If not you can rip the guts out of it with a dent puller.
