5 speed transmission filler

I wanna check my tranny fluid level, 1985 Celica with a 5 speed. I cannot get the filler bolt out.. tried a wrench, even put another wrench on it.. tried a breaker bar etc.. now the head of the bolt was not the greatest when I started but still cant get it off.. I am hoping it is a lefty like every single other car tranny I have checked the past 35 years, from BMW to Chevy's.

as a last resort I am thinking of pulling the reverse switch,.

I think someone along the life of this thing, put the bolt back in without the washer.

thanks in advance. looking to make sure it is not a right hand thread..

It is a RH thread, 15/16" wrench fits, try to use a 6-point.
