1989 toyota celica idle problems

Well I am new to the forums. So hello everyone! I have a 1989 toyota Celica ST with a 2.0 in it. Well lets start the story. I have idle problems after the car has ran for about 1.5- 2 hours. I am having difficulties finding out what it is. It has a new cap and wires and plugs and a new intake on it and it still does it. I have it parked for winter right now because it cant get around in the ND winters so im just trying to get some ideas right now. Also i pulled the cap off and there was oil in it so could this affect the car once warm? Thanks

If there's oil in the cap, the only place it could have come from is the distributor. I just replaced mine after it quit on me. There was oil all over the inside of the cap.

If thats the case , try replacing the distributor O ring.
Oil in the cap can dowse the spark and cause a rough idle and misfires.

Ya i was told it could be worn bushings didn't know there was a o ring. Where could I get the o ring for it? And it does run rough when idling but when I get above 2grand in rpms then no problems.
