windshield water pump don work?

Anyway i just recently notice that my windshield pump dont pump out much liquid, and today it just totally stopped working. I check there are fluid inside therefore i dont know why.
Sometime in a cold days it takes like 5+ times before anything actually comes out, so i dont know what is going on.

I changed the water pump recently, does that have anything to do with it?

well one of 2 things... the jets on your car "where water comes out" could be cloged inside like if you used hard water or mineral water this could cause Calcium buildup. or your lines to your hood could have stuff in them. if not then if i said anything else id be lieing lol .
