USA Need help on NO start....

I have 88 celica gt, drove car home, did some interior work and installed new stero, went to start it yesterday and nothing I lost spark and fuel, i have power going to fuel pump and coil pick up, i did notice i have power on both sides of the pick also, will that cause the fuel to cut out????? and could i be missing a ground some where, i have tried to find a location schematic of grounds but very ***e diagrams for this car that i could find... Any suggestions would be great im kinda stumped, Also i took out a chapman lock that was wired into the starter with a relay and some wires that looked like a toddler put together. not to formiliar with how chapman locks work so dont know if that could have something to do with fuel and spark
