Ish, it does. Currently several people are undertaking the MR2 tranny swap. It's a little difficult tho

As for the AWD celica.. it's not on celica.net, you sure you're not thinking of the 7th gen 3sgte car?

Neverstop, from Florida I believe, claimed to have made his celica AWD.. and then claimed to have switched it back to FWD.

... ...

CHances are, you saw a post that got proven to be a fraud and it got locked and deleted?

AWD conversion isn't a problem if you have 16,000 dollars laying around.

Turbo charging the 5s Is the way to go.

the 3s Head and all other Exhaust/intake/trubo parts bolt right to the 5s.. and the 5s is a biger mottor.. along with the fact that the 5s is Bullet proof... some say its even stronger then the 3s.

some say the 3s is the way to go BC its an alredy biult turbo mottor.. thats true.. but you you realy like the idea of takin a econo 4 cil to the next level Turboing the 5s is a cool project.

and its a known fact that the crowing glory of all Celica/Mr2 guys is the 5sGTE hybrid. so ither way if your crazy... your going to be going for a 5s bottem end any ways.

I'd say the crowing glory of the mr2 guys is either the Beams 3SGE or a 3rd Gen 3sgte.

I never followed through till the end of that thread. It wasn't a 7th gener though. It was a 6th gener. It wasn't some guy claiming to have it then claiming to convert back to fwd. Some peeps in florida made the thread talking bout seeing an awd 6th gener at the local meets on weekends. They had some pictures taken and such. It was bout a year ago I think. Never heard of "Neverstop" though. I was really confused when you first mentioned that. So I just ignored it.

Alright. I asked a guy about the guy in florida who did the awd conversion. He still confirms that its the real deal and says he even knows three other people who confirms it too. I think they all might be from Miami. The name of the guy with the conversion is Farley. From what he tells me, Farley is planning on selling the car as soon as he does a GTFOUR frontend conversion. He said he'll post something soon. So I'll keep an eye out for that. Thats about all the info I got. So I guess we'll see what turns up..

Rog, sure thing. Would love to see that- why the heck doesn't 6gc.net know about this?

Some florida mechanics are really crazy, it's where a lot of the best 3sgte and celica work has been done
