Value of '76 Celica w/ Accessories

Hello I am new to the forum but I thought that this would be a good place to ask. What would you pay for a 76 Celica with a rebuilt motor with about 15,000 miles on it, a new glasspack exhaust, new springs in the front, and no dents in the body. However it will need new tires (any suggestions?), has some chips in the paint and a rust spot under the trunk, and maybe a new radiator. The guy is asking for $1100. Is that worth this car?

If it is a liftback and in pretty good shape, $1100 is a steal. You can easily resell it for more. If it is a coupe, hard to say for sure.
