running too rich

just got my celica dyno-ed.
hp at 153
tq at 173
the problem is the the horse power stops at about 5500 rpm. my air\fuel ratio becomes too rich after 5300 rpm.

what should i do. the dyno guy told me to buy an Apex-i S-AFC.

whould that solve my problem or is there a cheaper solution.

about my car:
89 celica with 96 3sgte
ported head and balanced block
not much else

Good....

That was my main problem on my 3sgte... venting to the atmosphere.

You could try messing with the AFM, but it won't give you ideal tuning, you'll still be rich sometimes and lean others. An air/fuel controller is your best bet aside from standalone or maybe a Megasquirt, but you'd have to do your own research on that.
