no power

My 93 celica will not start, I have no power to the dash, to the wipers, turn signals or key chime. When I turn the key there's nothing. The battery is good and I checked every fuse that I know of. I went under the dash and used a jumper wire on the ignition switch and got lights, bells and whistles. So I replace the switch and still have no power.

Please help!

there is a main wire that goes from the inside of the car to the engine battary. on my car it is a blue wire. it should go along with the positive battery terminal. it could have come lose or disconnected. that blue wire supplies the main power the the internals of the car.
