Could someone help me with my exhaust upgrade???!!

I've got an 89 celica GT and I really want to upgrade my exhaust. I know where I can get a performance header and monza exhaust system, but I'm having problems with a catalytic converter. I obviously want to get a hi-flow converter, but I don't know the best spot to install it and was wondering if someone could please help me out. What's the best spot to put it? Is it somewhere smack in the middle of the exhaust under the engine block, or right out of the header? Also, I have an O2 sensor, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do about that because I'm sure the hi-flow converter doesn't have a spot to put it in. If I take it out, my engine light will come on. Help me out please!!!

actually, you only have one cat and its in the exhaust header. im not sure about canadian versions of the engine, but the us version only has 1 o2 and its before the cat. the california versions have one after the cat too.

How do I get a hi-flow converter with a slot for the O2 sensor and where should I put it then? The headers are too long to just put it where it is right now, so should I just put it in between the header and the flexpipe?

remember if you only have one o2, it goes before the cat. BEFORE the cat. if you have 2, one before one after. dont forget that about the one...it makes a ton of difference

I know I've only got one, so I do make a hole before the cat in the pipe and set it in and then weld it on?
