Ignition wires for 5sfe

Forgive me for asking, but I would like your opinion on what brand and type of Spark plug and wires to run on.

I currently am about to replace the Air intake to a better CAI and replace the exhaust, everything else is stock. I need new wires and plugs immediately. They already have a short in one wire causing slight pain if you touch it, and thus one cylinder is only firing randomly.

I just want something that has the truest delivery of spark and a dependible life. I have already heard some neg feedback on Bosch. Is it merited? Should I bother replacing the distributor yet? Go ahead laugh , I'm a noob. But, really teach me.
