USA Fuel Pump

My Celica is a 91 gts and auto.
My question is: I've noticed just recently that the fuel pump fuse is missing in the fuse relay on the passenger side. Yet, the car is still running. How is this so? Should I leave it be?

I don't believe it requires a fuse to run.. although i highly recommend a replacement fuse, which you'd be able to pick up at like radioshack or your local hardware store.

Most likely it's 10A

Just to clarify which fuse relay I'll take a pic and post shortly.
