77 2.0L points gap?

I have a 1977 Toyota Celica 2.0L auto in the shop and I need the points gap and dwell setting please. Thanks

First of all if you have the original motor then you don't have a 2.0L you have a 20R which is a 2.2L. Secondly you should consider switching to an electronic distributor so you don't have points. You can get these distributors on any R motor on the 78-95 motors. The point gap though should be set to .017" a good trick is to take a matchbook and use the top flap as your gap it is about .017"
