1991 Celica GTS wont start

Alright, here is the problem. I took the head off to do a head gasket. When i put everything back together the car will not start. There is pressure in the fuel lines but not injecter pulse. Also there is spark for like the first three revolutions but then it stops. What could be causing this. Any help would be great.

Its a 5 speed if that maters

This happened to me with a Cressida head job. I had left a ground strap loose on the bottom of the intake manifold. All those ground straps do make a difference. Good luck.
