Question Need strut & shock mount recommendations

Like the header says I need to replace the front strut mounts (round black rubber thinngys on top of the shock tower).

I was REALLY close to buying a pair of KYB ones but luckly I found a forum where the generall consensus was thay they where Uber Crap and very well bellow OEM durabilty.

So I anyone outhere has any experience with other brands I would like to read about it.

Thanks

I've KYB's in the rear of my 91 GT, probobly a year and 13,000 K old, already starting to squeak. I'll be sticking with the toyota mounts from now on, they're the best.

So I guess I'll have to go OEM then

I'll pick up a tube of water-based lubricant on the way to the dealership.

Lots of options

Or you can get some Cusco Camber Plates w/ Pillow Ball mount instead.

http://www.japanparts.com/shop/shop....ird=Suspension

Or some from the 185 Site mentioned above.

http://www.185performance.com/cgi-bin/185p/N44056S.html

Or some C-One front and rear pillow-ball mounts with front camber adjustable.

http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com...il.php?ID=2599

Or get some TRD rubber mounts.
