Possible fuse problem

91 Celica GT (ST185) 5 SFE engine. Few days ago, my alternator died on me, and I was running on battery, of course, this sucks up a lot of battery power, and I have to have a spare in my car just in case the battery died. But everything was working, including my clock and the MP3 deck, except they operated off the stupid battery

Just earlier this morning, i bought a new (well, rebuilt) alternator and throw that in, no problem there, but when i fire up the engine, i notice that both clock and the MP3 deck no longer function, is it a fuse problem? But I can't seem to locate the fuse panel for this car, I looked under the hood and found several fuses which are for the Engine and fuel management stuff, where can I find the fuse to the Clock and the MP3 deck?

Thanks!

4 mayor fuse/relays holders on the T18

1.- In the engine bay bext to battery
2.- Engine bay on the left next to the rad.
3.- Driver side kick panel (must remove, no plastic door here)
4.- Passenger side kick panel (must remove, no plastic door here either)

Any more fuses and relays it would be the space shuttle
