has anyone ever found altezzas or any other aftermarket lights for a 90 celica gts? or something like the super blue style lights?

You have only 3 options in the way of custom tail lights,
1. you can spray them with red or black transparent paint. Will give you an all red or smoked tail light effect.
2. you can get some lights from a '92 or '93 celica which will give you a different style of taillights
3. get a shop to custom the lights of your choice on your celica. Very expensive.
