if the washer pump is broke i would get it from toyota, i had to repace mine in my 90 gt and the one i ordered from advance auto only had one outlet. Also if the rear washer had not been used in a while the check valves in the line may be stuck closed as mine were, i fixed this by blowing air from an air compressor into the line to free the check valves. hope this helps.

I have the exact same problem,, no washer fluid to the rear ! (90 GTS) Anyway, I looked for the rear hose, but I cant even figure out where the washer fluid even comes out at the rear. I kinda gave up on it, but hey if you can figure out where the washer fluid comes out on the rear, so I can check where the hose is,, and if its clogged or even connected! Does anyone know where the hose runs? Bottom of the car or on the inside?

Neither my front nor rear fluid was squirting out, so, I wired up the motor to the battery...it makes a lil noise, but, not a whole lot. Now, when hooked up, I turned the lever to squirt fluid out and nothing happened....not a sound from the motor. Does any know or know someone that knows the wiring decent enough to give me suggestions on how to diagnose this problem?? I don't wanna take the car in to a mechanic, but, there are several little wiring-related problems I am encountering...of which i plan to conquer one at a time.
Thanks,
-Justin
