I used to play with webers for years on many cars; if you really want to get the best performance, I suggest that you find some velocity stacks(air horns) for those DCOEs, then use motorcycle foam sock air cleaners.
Another big improvement is to replace the chokes(venturis)with 38mm units, you probably have 33mm now.
A real good source for these is at the hardware store, believe it or not, and are commercial electrical conduit connectors. My dad found this out while building an Alfa race motor way back, cheapest Weber parts ever, you do have to machine, or just carefully grind down the outside of the castings, cut to length. The jetting increase for doing this is .05mm per mm of venturi increase.
That should easily give another 25hp, no kidding.
I just like the way they sound.
