5SFE misfire problem

If I'm sitting in nuetral and rev her up past 4K and let the gas off I can feel the car jerk.. like a misfire just happened... it's a 5spd manual just for reference.

I don't know what is up with it.. I pulled the distributor cap and cleaned the contact towers.. cleaned the rotor off with some smooth sand paper.. and I tested the wires and dizzy cap..

Also, about spark plugs.. I read that the proper gap for the 5sfe is like .042" or .041 somethin like that.. And I bought a set of NGK plugs for the engine and the computer at auto store said that those plugs came gapped at .041".. yet when I used a key ring style plug gapper, they tested at only like .028 or .030 I forget.. but no where NEAR .041

Any idea's?

Oh, one other question.. under the engine bay on the passenger side front infront of the alternator there is a relay box.. on the box one of the relays is noted, fuel pmp ... yet there is no relay in there at that spot..... any idea's????

nevermind.. I just looked at my wiring diagrams and apparently it is a short pin setup. I guess for testing the fuel pump.
