I think that the 3S-GTE manifold wont mate to the 5S-FE head, you would need a custom made turbo manifold for your engine.

It bolts up. Ignore the dudes who insist on guessing. The downpipe may be slightly off... but for the most part, the manifold should fit. I can't say for sure about the oil pan though...

you can swap any exaust manifold on any 3s motor no matter what head is on it, the gasket is the same part number except for the 1 and 2s

The differences between the 2 blocks mainly are the size.. the 5SFE is a 2.2L by using a taller block than the 3S blocks.. which are "short" blocks.. shorter stroke yadda yadda.. So you may need to fab up a spacer out of some solid steel to help clear the oil pan. When i did a 7AFE swap in my originally 4AF powered corolla, I used the header and collector pipe that I bought for the 4AF on the 7AFE.. I had to make a 1" spacer to sit between the header and the collector pipe and it fit like a dream then.

oh another thing.. I didn't really go over any of the parts lists.. but as for the header setups.. the 5SFE uses an F head obviously and the 3SGTE uses a G block.. obviously.. lol so any sort of G exhaust manifold on an F head is BS and it won't work.. just lettin ya know .. there are some differences in the exhaust setups.

Did you not read anything? People have been doing it for YEARS. It may the that case with the A series motors, but the S series, with exception to the SOHC versions, do all fit. I already mentioned the deck height difference which doesn't affect the manifold or the bolt patterns... it affects the downpipe.

oh boy, here we go again the g and the f is the heads, not the block, you can put eather g or f head on the s block, dont matter if its a 3s or 5s block, the 3sgte means that it has a 3s block, a g head, a turbo and its efi, There are plenty of people in this forum hunting down 3sgte exhaust manifolds to put a turbo on the fe heads, it will fit an fe head, I have one at the shop bolted to a head off a 3sfe motor

Fact: 3S-GE stock exhaust header fit 3S-FE and 5S-FE head. You can guess and assume otherwise. May need to modify down pipe and cat but that's easy for any muffler shop.
On the other hand GE INTAKE manifold won't fit FE due to TVIS.
A certain gen 5S block will take a certain gen 3S-GE head. Not all are compatiable. Check Wairth's FAQ.

Oh how would I know? I got a 3S-GE stock cast header and I fit it on my 5S-FE head when I rebuild my 5S. Bolt right on. Just need the down pipe to finish it off or pick up aftermarket 3S-GE header.
