OEM Suspension Costs

How much is a set of OEM suspension kit for a 1996 Celica 35th Anniversary Edition? The autoshop said including installation would run me into about a thousand...but from the prices I've seen so far, even with labor it shouldn't run into the thousands range. What's the average price one should pay for the oem suspension? And is the autoshop trying to cheat me out of labor?

OEM parts can be damn expensive. The only OEM front struts I can find for my car are at Toyota, everybody else makes cartriges and the full strut runs $300CDN for 2, then $200 CDN for the rear, probobly $500 for the srpings, so I woulnt be surprised if it ran you $1000 ++ to be honest, its not that expensive.
