Hesitation & carboned plugs

Today on my way home my car started running like crap. Hesitation like it was flooding out. Pulled plugs all 4 were carboned up so I cleaned them within minutes same thing.

After about 3000 RPM goes like no tomorrow at idle or low rpm runs crapy

have any ideas?

I looked for leaks haven't found any. Ran good on lower end and crapy on upper end until I changed thermostat - old one was stuck open. now plugs get carboned and stalls out most of thottle.
