Unhappy Speedo Adjustment, etc

Well, don't ask me exactly how I did it, but here's what happened.

I was changing the lights of the dash (since one of the lights I had changed earlier today wasn't turned, so I had to take it out and I double checked everything as a precaution) and after putting the display cluster back, the speedometer fell a few inches below zero. This stayed with the engine on, off, etc. I drove it around to test it and found that I was about 25 mph under what I was really going (i.e. Going 25, it displayed 0. Going 45, it displayed 20). Can anyone tell me how to correct this?

I also want to ask about a squeaking clutch. Everytime I press on the thing, it squeaks. Should I just spray WD-40 into where base of the petal is?

If you can find someone to roll next to you @ say 30 mph, have them signal you @ 30 and put the needle on 30 mph........been done bunches a times. About the clutch, it is spring-loaded
so WD40 on the moving parts under the dash would probly solve it......
