what about a twin turbo, how can i find out which is good for my 95 celica GT??

The twin turbo is Inline 6. You can fit it in but you'll need lots of cutting and welding. Also I don't know where to find a FWD tranny for that engine and able to fit the whole thing in sideway.
3S-GTE is your best choice.

i believe the 4a has a lot of issues with wiring.

If ur looking for around 160 a 3sgte swap is guna get u a lot more.

Im doing a 5sfte set up and im looking to get over 180 hp running low boost.

You might want to think about just building up the engine and drive train.
