1991 Celica GTS questions?

Ok, I have a few questions about the 91 celica gts. Whats the engine code for it? is it 5sfe? i'm not sure. Next is will the 3sgte turbo fit on a 91 celica gts? Finally with the turbo kit from the 3stge, will it be street legal in california? I mean its not an aftermarket turbo right?

Thanks again guys..

The 3sgte engine drops right in there.

No aftermarket turbo kit for 3sgte is street legal in CA.
Even though you are just turboing the 5SFE by using stock CT26 from 3sgte engine, they still can fail you. (modified exhaust system)
