92 Celica Worth Fixing?

I think the timing belt went on my daily driver ('92, GT, 5 speed.) Car died on my way home, now the motor turns over fast without firing. It has a 5sfe engine, which may now have head damage. Anybody have expierence with this type of repair? The car has 182K miles and I am thinking about just getting rid of it.
Thanks For Any Help

the first thing i would do is take off the timing belt cover and see if the timing belt is there. you may be right about head damage so if your timing belt is gone you might as well pull the head off to make sure. but your right with 182k on it , it may be time to get rid of it... remember that a running car makes all the difference when trying to sell haha!!!

5S-FE is non-interfrance engine which means all you need is a new timing belt.
