There is no 1990 Alltrac 25th anniversary edition. Whoever told you that is either know nothing about Alltrac or trying to give you some BS to get more $$$. Depending on the condition of the car, price can be varied from $US 2,500 - $US 6,000. Check the compression, oil leak, wheel bearing, turbo shaft play and oil seal. Also, look for any trace of blown head gasket, suspension, and rear diff cushion. There is a thread on alltrac.net about what to look for when buying an alltrac.

1996 was the year the 25th Anniversary Celica`s were produced, not sure how many but it was probably a few thousand at least.

The special editions produced on the Gen 5 alltrac were the Carlos Sianz edition which has a little sign just above the gear level telling you which number it is from the ltd production run and the RS, dont know if the States or Canada got either of these, someone here will know. At least you have an Alltrac, I`m sure there are folks here that would chew thier arms off to get an alltrac. (dont try this at home, it makes steering and gear changes very difficult )

The GT4s (Alltrac is the name for the NADM) only special edition was, like Insanity-74 said, labeled Carlos Sainz or RC (Rally Champion) in Europe and Group A in Australia.

25th Anniversary Editions where only in 6th Gen Celicas, not 5th Gens and since this guy was trying to pull this stunt it would lead me to believe he is probably hiding something or just trying to get rid of car fast for some reason.... I would be cautious
