1986 Toyota Celica GTS Speedometer

I juest fixed my wheel bearing, and everything is fine. So I was driving and checking my speedometer, it was fine. 2 hours later the speedometer is not working anymore, the hand on speedometer just stays at Zero and not moving at all.

I tried to find out what's wrong, I even couldn't find the speedometer problem on the book.

*wimper* help

Tks

Somebody told me it's the cable, I don't know where it is?

there should be a cable running from the dash to the trans. that is the speedo cable. make sure it is connected correctly on the trans and the back side of the dash. it may be a project to check the back side of the dash so start by checking the tranny connection.
