Help needed for Engine upgrades and mods

Hi guys, was doing a search on past discussions on how my horses can a gen 6 celica convertible hold before it is unsafe for driving and came across this

this was talking about a 5sfe goin to 400hp... i remembered reading before and i know that my baby's chasis is definitely unable to handle that much horses,

so i was wondering, with a max of 1000 on chasis strengthening and about 1500 to spend on engine upgrades, ie, pistons, cams, shafts... etc,

could i some comments / suggestions on what i can do with that amout of money, and if that amout is too little or too much.

What i mean to say is that if i was to spend 800 to strengthen the chasis to handle say 300hp safely but 1200 for it to go to 450hp, i would fork out the 200 extra.

my budget is about 20% more than what i have listed...
