1989 5 bolt Hubs

I have a 1989 Celica GT with 4 bolt hubs. I want to put on the 5 bolt hubs, for racing.

Will the hubs interchange without any other mods?

i've been thinking of doing this myself, not only to confuse the hell out of the tire store guys when i go to get rims, but also to convert to front and rear disc brakes. if i go ahead w/it i'm gonna find the hubs from a 88-89 (preferably) GTS. so would that make the swap any easier?
