89-90 are different from 91-93 and no, there are no JDM lights, the rear light set is standard for all Celicas world wide except for the corner part that wraps around the fender. In Japan and Europe is amber and vented whereas in for the NADM is red, plain and is lighted.
There is, however, a set of aftermarket tail lights for sale on ebay where the amber part has been replaced by clear.
