ta22 + v6 ?

Hi All,

Just a general question I'm hoping someone can answer... (I'm new here.. please be nice )

I have a 1971 Celica, and have just acquired a holden v6 3.8L out of an '89 (and before I get hit with WHY HOLDEN??? -- I got the engine CHEAP, and its in great cond... ) I also have the gearbox from it, wiring loom etc.

First q, is it possible? I understand that I will need to upgrade the suspension etc. and modify some stuff ... and I have already had engineering q's done.. so its all legal etc. - just so long as it has disc brake rear end.. but can it be done? and should it be done?

Second, I am trying to source a diff for it.. pref an LSD. I basically need something that will take the v6 ..
