Is it possible to swap a 3SGTE into a 95 celica st

Like it says above is it possible for me to swap in a 3sgte motor into my st? ive only read about that swap going into the gt's and was really wondering

Also what are the differences between the gt and st model and far as the engine bay goes? like motor mounts and what not? would the swap be exactly the same as swapping the 3sgte into the GT chassis?

also if you could explain a little more 3sgtecelica that would be great

u can do it....as body mount...if it a not a st then u dont hav to worry bout it..it bolt in but the st u hav to change u motor mount tho...i dont know much but it been done ....my friend is gettin it done on his st...and he hav to change his motor mount...soo he took my 1995 gt mount and use it ... goodluck

Yeah, you've got to drill a couple holes for the passenger side engine mount, and use the mount from the GT.

you will need to modify engine mounts to fit it in there..
