ok i have a 1990 celicaGT and the horn and cigarette lighter do not seem to be working. I checked fuses and those seemed to be fine so is there any other suggestions for what could be wrong?

pull out a wiring diagram. it may be a ground problem. may solve both problems by fixing one problem. get a volt meter and do some testing!!!

remove tha cigarette lighter housing and use test lite to check power at conector to cigarette lihter with ignition on acc do the same thing with horn conector ask some one to help depress the horn botton while you check, if they have pwr, than could be the ground or the unit itself defect

well when i press the horn and i have the hood up i realized i can hear some kind of a click...
