Boost?

hey guys. its been a little while since ive posted. i just got a job with an engine builder and im going to put some stronger rods in my 4a-fe when i go to rebuild it. the purpose for that is a turbo kit. there are a couple turbo kits that i have seen but they are all Garrett T25's. can anyone tell me what kind of boost numbers this turbo puts out? and if i should bump up to the next size???? im thinking of not running more than 15psi.... any comments and information helps!!!!!! thanks guys
