Yeah that would make sense, Toyota=Japan, simple mistake for the uninformed. I couldn't tell you about older Celicas, I have a 6th gen 5SFE.

It is a genie header and here is a new pic with the new ceramic coating on it,

The header cost just under $400 usd after shipping and the ceramic coating cost $125 before shipping.
