thanks for the imput guys!!! im looking at a '90-'93 model i believe that is the 5th generation. I like the body style better than the 6th gen. but anyways... what are the differences between the 5th and 6th gens?

hey man why so much hate? you gave a list of the differences between the 2nd gen and last gen. i was wondering if anything was different between the 5th and 6th gen besides body style, and the fact that there aren't many up here. stuff like hp/torque ratings, boost numbers, suspension improvments, trans improvments? i was under the impression it was the same car except the body. correct me if im wrong.......

just about everything is different, body style, interior, engine, although its basically the same 3sgte motor but it has more power, different charge cooler, different fuel system, turbo etc etc the list goes on. If you want one, buy one, I wouldnt worry about the differences its a waist of energy. check out the big green books for both cars on www.celicatech.com it will tell you all you need to know.

5th gen celica= 2nd gen alltrac
6th gen celica= 3rd gen alltrac

we didn't get 3rd gen alltracs imported to north america. thats why you won't see any...
