good on ya dixon, feels good to tackle an import, after all those years of growing up with a dad who always said "don't buy an import, can't work on em, and parts are too expensive..."

yeah, we only need about 100 mLs, which is about half a cup, so that will be plenty.

I got a custom exhaust done up at ABC muffler in the east end on 50th Street, About $500 for 2 1/4" mandrel bent, 4" resonator, stainless dual muffler, yadda yadda yadda, but check them out, because they do great work quick and cheap.

My car sounds as throaty as a 4-banger ever will, and drives like a dream.

the strat?

Wow, I guess I have not lived in Edmonchuk long enough to know where the strathcona hotel is, but i have HEARD of it!

Glad to hear all is well, I can't wait to hear it running. Of course, with the old exhaust on it, it is likely really loud and ugly!

If you need a hand dialing it in, I spent countless hours figuring out vacuum lines and idle affecting stuff...

yeah, i was driving to prince george from edmonton in my newly rebuilt 88 when at about edson it got REAL loud. Got to my destination with no torque to find that I had a huge hole in my exhaust right where it bends under the passenger seat. gave the passenger a good buzz at high rpms...

the whole thing was soft to the touch, and i coulda poked a hole in it with limp dinky, so I went way overboard with new exhaust...
