can u help me find a wider/lower profile tire for the stock 15" rim on a 99 celica liftback? can't buy wheels/wraps this year but find the tires narrow. 215s or 225s possible?

I have 225/50 on my stock 15'... looks fuuny though cause the tread is way wider than the rim

does it look OK? any pics? any trouble mounting the tires on the rims? any wheelwell knocking?

Nope... no trouble mounting the tire and I did get a little rubbing agains the fender but that was solved after I changed my shocks that were completly shot.
Here is a pic with the tires (front one) as you can see is not much noticeable.

it looks pretty good. maybe i,ll go with a wide tyre after all. hope i can find a lower profile in the width i need. BTW how is the weather in Caracas? spring has finally arrived here after 5 weeks of rain drizzle and fog and 5 degree temps.

Pouring cats and dogs every single day if you add that up to some 30C weather some days you get about a 110% Humidity witch pretty well sucks.
