Hi i am looking at buying a Gen 5 celica. Its a 1990 SX model as far as i can see it got a 3sfe, 4wd brakes, electric sunroof, electric mirors, Air con, power seteer, cheap clarion cd player, standard rims, central locking, power windows. I dont know if it has anything elce.

I was wonderin if it has anything elce. its got 313,XXXk's on the clock and was wondering if is worth getting for $5990.AUD

313xxxkm definitely not worth 6g. Don't think you can sell one for CAN$2000. Check local AutoTrade or similar used car sale book for price.

hey sloth, it will be a 5SFE engine, thats 2.2 not 2.0.
6,000 seems ok to me, remember these guys are all in the US where cars are cheap. High mileage doesnt areally matter if it has been treated well, just do the usual checks. I would advise you get the RAC or SGIO to inspect it before you buy, you can avoid surprises that way! Its probably due to have its timing belt changed again, thats $250 or so.
Again as for price, mine is a 1990 SX, 250,000, newly resprayed, everything is mint condition and it would sell for up to $8.000 in western australia.
