94' Alternator Wiring Diagram

Frist post, been lurking for a while and have found all my questions answeres so far.
This is a doozie.....
A little backround first. Car in general is in excellent condition for being a 94'. Eevrything has been so easy to fix and basicly is a dream to work on.
But I am a car audio freak and have a farely nice system started in it. Problem is, the Alternator just doesn't give me the juice I need.
I was going to do the Big 3 wiring up grade and low and behold the + feed from the alt. is a little 3 wire plug in thing with 24 gauge wire!
OMG, how to over come this is the problem.
I was thinking that I may be able to solder direct extension leads from the terminal posts but I need to know which is the + lead out.
The other 2 run what?
Here are some pictures of what I am talking about......

I do realize that the Alt. is very little (70-80amp)in the first place but I can't even realy use the stereo at night or play at a reasonable volume during the day! Step on the brakes and I get a lil surge that makes the amps bobble a bit. When the electric radiator fan kicks on I am getting a 1.4v syrge. Amps are hating life right now! LOL.
But when the car is off and the stereo is on pure battery power all is fine. No possible way to get the v/a I need through those little wires!

Anyways any help will be apreciated.
Here is a link to my SD page so you can see the car and what I have done to it stereo wise so far.

Thanx again... Oh BTW, anyone know of a good place to get alts re=wound or HO alts for cheap?
